What the site is for

The site explains how I work and lets you book a free 15-minute consultation. What you read here is general information. It isn’t medical advice, and it isn’t advice about your own situation. The Health disclaimer says more.

The free consultation

The free consultation is a 15-minute call to talk about where you are and whether working together fits. Booking it doesn’t make you my client, and it doesn’t commit either of us to anything more. If we decide to work together, a separate written agreement sets out the terms, and that agreement applies in place of these terms for our work together.

Reviews and results

The reviews, messages and before-and-after numbers on this site are other people’s own experiences and ratings. They aren’t a promise of your results, and everyone’s path is different.

My content

The words, photos and videos on this site belong to me or are used with permission. You’re welcome to read them and share links to them. Please don’t copy, republish or sell them without my written permission.

Other websites

The site links to other websites, such as my Substack, Instagram and YouTube. I’m not responsible for what those sites contain or how they work.

No guarantee

I work to keep the site accurate and available, but I provide it “as is”. I can’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.
